We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

Say2Form provides an AI-powered platform that converts voice input and natural language into structured form data. The Service includes form creation, smart field detection, real-time validation, analytics, and integrations with third-party platforms.

We may introduce new features, modify existing features, or discontinue certain features at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing core features used by paying subscribers.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond permitted API usage.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected during subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Free trial accounts automatically expire after the trial period. No charges will be made unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Say2Form and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Say2Form a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and SOC 2 Type II compliance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Say2Form does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Say2Form shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements. All retained data remains subject to this agreement and our Privacy Policy.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
